For new builds, we handle framing, decking, railings and stairs, using pressure-treated framing and cedar or composite decking depending on the look and budget. Every deck is built to code with proper footings, flashing at the house and hardware rated for exterior use. For refinishing, existing cedar is cleaned, sanded and sealed with a product that highlights the natural grain while blocking moisture and UV.

A new deck typically takes one to three weeks from start to finish. Refinishing an existing cedar deck takes two to four days.
